Includes everything in The First Sip, plus:

  • Expanded menu of up to eight cocktails and two mocktails.
  • Drink names and menu descriptions.
  • Batch recipes and a consolidated preparation manual.

  • One 90-minute management tasting.
  • Two 90-minute staff training sessions.
  • A second consolidated revision round.
  • One follow-up meeting within 30 days of handoff.

RENT A BARTENDER

$300

Have a bar at your venue or home and just need someone to make the drinks? We’ll bring the bartender, bar tools, and disposable drinkware.

THE SIGNATURE CELEBRATION

THE WEDDING CELEBRATION

$2,000

Up to 100 guests · 2 bartenders
4 hours of bar service

A full-service wedding bar with drinks created for your celebration and a dedicated two-bartender team.

  • Two custom cocktails and one custom mocktail
  • Beer, wine, and agreed classic mixed-drink service
  • Mobile bar included
  • Mixers, juices, syrups, and ice included
  • All the shared inclusions listed below

Four hours of service, plus the included 1.5-hour setup and breakdown allotment.

Planning, service, and the details that make hosting easier.

  • One planning session to finalize your drink selection and event details
  • A personalized printed bar menu
  • An alcohol shopping list with recommended quantities for you to purchase
  • Professional bartending for the staffing and service time in your package
  • Disposable drinkware (Tossware), cocktail napkins, straws, and stirrers
  • Standard garnishes for your agreed drink selection
  • Bar tools and serving equipment, including ice scoops, shakers, and strainers
  • An additional 1.5-hour allotment for combined setup and breakdown, separate from your bar service time

Alcohol is purchased and provided by the client in every package. Our full-service packages also include mixers and ice. For Rent a Bartender, the client supplies mixers and ice along with the existing bar.

Make it your own

Additional bartenders, extra service hours, custom menu upgrades, and mobile bar décor to match your event or theme are available for an additional charge upon request.

A printed bar menu is included with every package. The custom drinks listed in your chosen package are included in its price.

Booking & setup

Reserve your date
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date.
Space for the bar
Please provide a minimum setup area of 8 ft × 5 ft.
No electrical hookup needed
Our bar setup does not require an electrical hookup.
Gratuity
Gratuity is optional but always appreciated.
Travel included up to 75 miles
All packages include travel to venues within 75 driving miles of downtown St. Louis. Beyond 75 miles, a $2 fee applies for each additional mile, based on the one-way driving distance. This fee covers travel both ways. For example, a venue 100 miles away has a $50 travel fee.
Celebrating farther away?
Events more than 150 driving miles from downtown St. Louis require a custom travel quote. Any travel fee will be included in your initial quote before booking.

Larger celebrations and extended service are quoted individually.

MEET THE FOUNDER

Hi, I’m Persephone!

I’m a St. Louis area native with a decade in the hospitality industry, and I still get excited when someone discovers a drink they love. As a mixologist, cicerone, and sommelier, I’m always exploring new flavors—but getting to know the people I’m creating for is my favorite part.

I co-founded Heart & Spirit Beverage Co. with Jene LaCour to help fellow hospitality businesses build beverage programs they’re proud of. With Persephone’s Provisions, I get to bring that same care to your celebrations. Whether we’re developing your next menu or dreaming up a cocktail for your wedding, I’d love to hear what you have in mind.
